Junior Development
Build the Game for Life
Paul Rawlinson's junior development programme gives young golfers the technical foundations, course management skills, and competitive mindset to progress at every level — from first swing to World standard.
Why Start Young?
The earlier a golfer develops sound fundamentals, the faster they improve. Paul's junior programme is built around age-appropriate coaching, fun progression, and measurable results — so every session builds confidence as well as technique.

The Programme
What We Focus On
Technical Foundation
Sound fundamentals from day one — grip, posture, alignment, and swing mechanics built correctly so bad habits never take hold.
Trackman Technology
Even junior sessions can use Trackman data where appropriate, giving young players real numbers and making improvement visible and motivating.
Short Game First
Scoring starts around the green. Paul prioritises chipping, pitching, and putting so juniors see their scores drop quickly and stay engaged.
Course Management
Knowing where to miss, when to lay up, and how to think on the course is a skill. Older juniors learn to play smart as well as swing well.
Fun & Progression
Every session is designed to be enjoyable. Motivated juniors practise more, improve faster, and develop a lifelong love of the game.
Parent Communication
Paul keeps parents informed with clear feedback after each session so you know exactly how your junior is progressing and what to work on.
